1. Responsible for the correspondence with customers under the supervision of the director.
2. Keep record of all the emails in customers' files separately.
3. Liaison with foreign customers and coordinate with the production department.
4. Communicate with foreign buyers to understand their requirements and provide necessary support.
5. Provide excellent customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients.
**Requirements:**
- At least 2 years of experience as a marketing/merchandising officer.
- Proficiency in email communication tools and other relevant software.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive attitude.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented and dynamic environment.
- Must have ERP experience.
- Must have good grip on Microsoft Office.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Rs40,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
