Job Overview

OZ Developers is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant MEP Engineer to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) systems and will assist in the planning, coordination, execution, and monitoring of MEP works across our construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the supervision and execution of MEP installation works.
• Review MEP drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with project requirements and safety standards.
• Assist in preparing BOQs, material submittals, and progress reports.
• Conduct site inspections and identify technical issues for timely resolution.
• Support project planning, scheduling, and quality control activities.
• Ensure MEP works are completed according to approved drawings and industry standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in MEP engineering or construction projects.
• Good understanding of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Fighting systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit/BIM will be an added advantage.
• Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs65,000.00 per month
