Assistant Nurse

Job Description:

We are looking for a Male Assistant Nurse with a valid DHA (or eligibility letter) to provide medical and first aid support at a construction site. The nurse will be responsible for monitoring workers’ health, attending to workplace injuries, and ensuring a safe and healthy environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical assistance to workers.
• Monitor and manage minor injuries, cuts, heat stress, or dehydration cases.
• Support the doctor or senior nurse (if applicable) in handling medical needs.
• Maintain accurate medical records of treatments given on-site.
• Promote health and safety awareness among construction workers.
• Ensure all medical supplies and first aid kits are available and up to date.
• Report serious injuries or illnesses to management promptly.

Requirements:

• Male candidate only.
• Diploma in Nursing / Assistant Nurse certification.
• DHA License / Eligibility required.
• Previous experience in occupational health or construction site nursing preferred.
• Ability to handle emergencies calmly and efficiently.
• Good communication skills in English (knowledge of Hindi/Arabic is an advantage).
