Assistant Nurse

Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse (DHA Holder) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality healthcare services to patients in a variety of settings, ensuring their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. This is a part-time position with flexible hours, making it ideal for someone looking for work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
• Monitor and document patient progress and health status.
• Educate patients and families on managing health conditions and treatments.
• Assist with patient admission and discharge processes.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
• Administer vaccinations, blood draws, and other routine procedures.
• Respond to patient emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
• Ensure medical equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working condition.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications:

• Registered Nurse (RN) and should be a certified DHA Holder.
• Current and valid nursing license in UAE.
• Previous nursing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.
• Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
