Position Overview: We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Assistant Nurse (DHA Holder) to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality healthcare services to patients in a variety of settings, ensuring their physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and medication administration.
- Monitor and document patient progress and health status.
- Educate patients and families on managing health conditions and treatments.
- Assist with patient admission and discharge processes.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop patient care plans.
- Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
- Administer vaccinations, blood draws, and other routine procedures.
- Respond to patient emergencies and provide first aid as needed.
- Ensure medical equipment and supplies are stocked and in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications:
- Registered Nurse (RN) and should be a certified DHA Holder.
- Current and valid nursing license in UAE.
- Previous nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Compassionate, patient-centred approach to care.
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
