Core Responsibilities
- Patient Care and Support: Provide compassionate care and support to patients throughout their fertility journey. This includes monitoring patient vital signs and ensuring a clean and safe clinical environment.
- Medication Management: Administer prescribed medications, including trigger injections for patients scheduled for egg retrieval, and educate patients on self-administration practices and treatment plans.
- Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and reports, ensuring all details are captured as per legal and hospital policies.
- OPD/IPD Management: Manage patient flow and operations within the outpatient department, which may include handling both OP and IP (Inpatient) department responsibilities depending on the clinic's structure.
- Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all medical equipment is in working order and prepare surgical/dressing trays, sending them for necessary sterilization (autoclaving).
- Collaboration: Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with doctors, embryologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Education: A qualification in ANM is the minimum requirement.
- Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting, with specific fertility experience being a plus.
