Assistant Nurse

Core Responsibilities

• Patient Care and Support: Provide compassionate care and support to patients throughout their fertility journey. This includes monitoring patient vital signs and ensuring a clean and safe clinical environment.
• Medication Management: Administer prescribed medications, including trigger injections for patients scheduled for egg retrieval, and educate patients on self-administration practices and treatment plans.
• Documentation and Records: Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and reports, ensuring all details are captured as per legal and hospital policies.
• OPD/IPD Management: Manage patient flow and operations within the outpatient department, which may include handling both OP and IP (Inpatient) department responsibilities depending on the clinic's structure.
• Equipment Maintenance: Ensure all medical equipment is in working order and prepare surgical/dressing trays, sending them for necessary sterilization (autoclaving).
• Collaboration: Work effectively within a multidisciplinary team, collaborating with doctors, embryologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Skills and Qualifications

• Education: A qualification in ANM is the minimum requirement.
• Experience: 1-2 years of experience in a hospital or clinic setting, with specific fertility experience being a plus.

Pay: ₹13,086.00 - ₹15,456.59 per month
