Full job description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Assistant Nurse to join our team and contribute to the excellent care we provide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patient's conditions and veins to determine the best site for IV access, taking into account their medical history and any specific needs.
• Perform IV cannulation in a home setting, ensuring the procedure is safe and comfortable for the patient.
• Administer medications, fluids or blood products through the IV as prescribed by the healthcare providers.
• Regularly monitor the patient's response during the treatment, checking for any complications such as infection, infiltration or adverse reaction.
• Maintain accurate records of treatments administered, patient observation and any changes in the patient's condition.
• Educate patients and their families about the IV process, potential side effects and home care procedures.
• Communicate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care and to report any significant findings.

Candidates must have

• Diploma or degree in Nursing from a recognized institution
• Valid DHA license
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Female only

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
