Assistant Nurse Manager (Home Care)

Clinical Management:

• Oversee and coordinate all nursing care services provided to home care patients.
• Ensure all care provided aligns with physicians’ orders, DOH standards, and best clinical practices.
• Evaluate clinical performance of nurses and caregivers, providing feedback and coaching as needed.
• Ensure proper infection control and safety protocols are followed in all patient interactions.

Leadership & Supervision:

• Lead, motivate, and manage a team of Registered Nurses, Practical Nurses, and caregivers.
• Develop staff schedules to ensure adequate coverage and continuity of care.
• Conduct orientation and ongoing training programs for nursing staff.
• Handle patient complaints or incidents professionally, ensuring resolution and follow-up.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
