Assistant Nursing Superintendent

Job Description:

Medical Trust Hospital, Kuzhuppilly is seeking an experienced and dedicated Nursing Superintendent to lead and manage nursing services, ensuring high standards of patient care and clinical excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all nursing staff and departments
• Ensure quality patient care and adherence to hospital policies
• Plan duty rosters, staffing, and performance evaluations
• Implement nursing standards, protocols, and infection control practices
• Coordinate with doctors and hospital management
• Conduct training and professional development programs
• Ensure compliance with NABH/clinical and statutory requirements

Requirements:

• BSc Nursing / GNM Nursing (mandatory)
• Valid Nursing Council Registration
• Minimum 8 years of clinical experience, including supervisory role .
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
• Experience in hospital administration Mandatory
