Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Operations Engineer/Executive to oversee heavy industrial packing operations across vessels and port sites. The role demands strong coordination skills, real-time problem-solving ability, and readiness to work in a 24×7 operational environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily heavy industrial packing operations onboard vessels and at port locations
• Coordinate effectively with vessel agents, port authorities, clients, and internal teams
• Plan and manage manpower deployment to support round-the-clock (24×7) operations
• Monitor productivity, safety compliance, and quality standards across operations
• Handle operational challenges in real time to minimize downtime and disruptions
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and compliance records
• Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and operational discipline
• Drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency and service delivery
• Lead, manage, and motivate operational teams on-site

Requirements

• B.E / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• 0–3 years of experience in manufacturing, marine services, logistics, or port operations
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, 24×7 operational environment
• Team leadership and people management skills

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of port operations and marine logistics
• Familiarity with safety standards and compliance practices
• Basic reporting and documentation skills
