Job Description:


The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, preferably in a multi-service industry with a focus on HR.


Please note: This is a full-time on-site role located in Kohistan Enclave, Wah Cantt.


Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the end-to-end Operations Process of all Industrial (Oil & Gas) and Engineering, and other Clients’ business sector.
  • Review, manage and timely process of all requests in a highly professional way fulfilling Clients and employees’ expectations.
  • Scheduling meeting with new Clients to set a standard for smooth flow of every process like; Timesheet/Payroll Submission, Invoice issuance, Remittance and employees’ salary disbursement.
  • Creates and maintains secure and confidential database and filling systems; ensures all necessary documentation is on file like; Client Monitoring sheet, Employees Request, Iqama renewal and other processes.
  • Identifying the potential issues and provides the Supervisor with administrative support to close the issues on timely manner.
  • Implementing the standard operating procedures and ensure appropriate workflow management set by Operations Manager.
  • Coordinating with Recruitment, Onboarding and other department to speed up the employee’s request.


Qualification and Requirement:

  • Preferably Graduate of Bachelor Degree.
  • Fresh to 1 year experience.
  • Good in writing and verbal communication
  • Proficient in Microsoft Package such as; Excel, Word & PowerPoint
  • With knowledge in Office & Time Management
  • Preferably with knowledge in basic ERP SAP Business One
