Job Summary and Key Requirements

Key Responsibilities (summary):

1. Assist the clients with unit cancellation inquiries and facilitate NOC reassignment.

2. Maintain daily CRM activities, including calls, emails, and client interactions.

3. Generate reports and update data on the CRM system.

4. Schedule appointments for handover and snagging inspections.

5. SPA generation and eligibility checks.

6. Facilitate client signing, execution, DLD (Dubai Land Department) registration, and Oqood

and title deed issuance.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree

Experience: 1-2 years minimum

Certifications / Licenses (if applicable): _Preferred DLD Oqood __

Preferred Skills / Competencies: capable of communicating with people at all levels with strong negotiation skills.

Able to work on my own initiative and as part of a team.

Ability to follow up with clients in a timely professional manner.

Dealing with customer inquiries by telephone, email, letter and most especially face to face.
