We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Assistant Manager to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will support the seamless coordination of front desk and housekeeping operations and training. Responsibilities
- Assist in managing daily operations, including inventory control, weekly & monthly property tasks, & observing the team's task accuracy to ensure both departments are operating properly and smoothly.
- Flexibility to work any shift as needed (7-3/ 3-11/ 11-7/Breakfast Coverage/Housekeeping Supervisor Coverage). On call for emergency absences and shift coverage. Overtime is approved when necessary. General Manager will coordinate shift adjustments as needed in cases of coverage.
- Collaborate with the General Manager on tasks/assignments for team members.
- Work with the General Manager on coordinating deep cleaning & maintenance projects throughout the hotel.
Requirements
- Reliable personal transportation is a must
- Attention to detail, computer skillset, and effective communication skills.
- Strong supervisory skills with the ability to lead teams effectively in a fast-paced environment; supervising experience is essential.
- Ability to coach and train others in a fast paced environment
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment
Benefits:
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
