Assistant Operations Manager for a leading paint company

We’re hiring an Assistant Operations Manager for a leading paint company!

The role is to support the Operations Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient workflows, cost control, and high-quality project execution.

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily operations across projects and sites.

Coordinate between departments (Projects, Sales, Finance, Customer Service).

Ensure adherence to plans, schedules, and resource allocation.

Track manpower and material requirements; minimize waste.

Prepare and analyze operational reports and KPIs.

Identify issues, implement corrective actions, and follow up on decisions.

Supervise sample preparation and color matching accuracy.

Oversee rework activities and support quality control improvements.

Assist with project handovers and client coordination.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (Engineering preferred).

2–4 years of experience in operations or projects.

Construction or paint industry experience is a plus.

Preferred candidate, Arab male

Skills

Strong organization and time management

Analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to work under pressure

Excellent communication skills

Proficiency in reporting tools
