**Job Summary:**

We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Assistant Operator for our Flexo printing team. The ideal candidate will assist in operating Flexographic printing presses, ensuring the efficient production of high-quality printed materials. You will be responsible for supporting the press operator in daily operations and maintaining equipment.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Assist the Flexo press operator in the setup, operation, and troubleshooting of the printing press.

- Monitor quality during production runs and make adjustments as necessary to ensure print quality standards are met.

- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area and equipment.

- Follow safety protocols and procedures to promote a safe working environment.

- Conduct routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues to the supervisor.

- Collaborate with team members to improve production efficiency and reduce waste.

- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

**Qualifications:**

- High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certifications in printing technology is a plus.

- Previous experience in a production or printing environment preferred.

- Basic understanding of Flexographic printing processes and equipment.

- Strong attention to detail and quality control.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet production deadlines.

- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
