Assistant Outreach (Customer Care)

We are looking for a new team member to join our growing team in Dubai office. Immediate joiners are preferred. This role involves engaging with clients through calls, providing customer support, and promoting our services. Freshers in Dubai are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle Inbound and outbound calls to potential and existing clients.
• Answering inquiries and make an expectational engagement.
• Assist with client onboarding and explain services
• Maintain professional communication with clients

Requirements:

• Basic experience in business, outreach, call center, telesales, or customer service
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident and customer-oriented attitude
• Fluency in English
