Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage and execute end-to-end HR payroll operations for both on-roll and off-roll employees across PAN India, covering a workforce of over 1,000 employees.
- Ensure accurate and timely processing and disbursement of salaries and incentives for outsourced employees in coordination with consultants on a monthly basis.
- Reconcile salary registers, payments, loans, and advances, ensuring accuracy in employee headcount and related financial records.
- Handle calculation and processing of full and final settlements, including gratuity (where applicable as per service conditions) for employees separating due to resignation, retirement, or death.
- Maintain strong knowledge of statutory compliance and labor laws to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Develop and monitor annual and monthly manpower plans, comparing budgeted versus actuals, in collaboration with cross-functional departmental stakeholders.
- Work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high accuracy, attention to detail, and strong organizational discipline.
- Demonstrate experience in conducting and supporting payroll and compliance audits.
- Manage stakeholder relationships effectively to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
- Utilize working knowledge of ERP systems and SAP to support payroll and HR operations efficiently.
- Visit branch offices, PF office, and other statutory authorities as needed to ensure smooth payroll and compliance operations.
Education & Experience:
- Graduate / Post Graduation should have proven work experience of a minimum of 5+ years in HR payroll and compliance.
- Excellent Microsoft Excel skills (Advanced level), SAP knowledge
- Good communication and presentation skills
