Assistant Photographer

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and creative Content Creator (Photographer/Videographer) to elevate our brand’s online presence. In this role, you will capture real construction projects, create engaging social media content, and help build our brand across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok.

This is a hands-on position that combines on-site photography/videography, editing, and content planning while working closely with our Director of Operations and Project Managers.

Duties

• Capture photo and video content at active job sites (before, during, after)
• Create and edit content for social media (Reels, TikTok, posts)
• Help develop and manage a content calendar
• Brainstorm and execute creative content ideas
• Coordinate with Project Managers to schedule site visits
• Collaborate with Director of Operations on content strategy
• Maintain consistent brand presence across social platforms
• Assist with a small amount of Facebook lead follow-up

Qualifications

• Experience in photography and videography
• Proficiency in photo editing (Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar)
• Proficiency in video editing (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok)
• Ability to create engaging short-form content
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Reliable transportation to travel to job sites
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 25.0 per week
