Assistant Photographer

<Duties>

• Assist lead photographers during photoshoots and filming sessions, ensuring all equipment is prepared and functioning properly
• Support with setting up lighting, backdrops, and props to achieve desired artistic effects
• Capture supplementary shots, behind-the-scenes footage, and video clips to enhance final projects
• Edit photos using industry-standard software such as Adobe Lightroom and Adobe Photoshop to refine images with color correction, retouching, and manipulation
• Contribute to video editing tasks utilizing Adobe Premiere and Final Cut Pro for post-production refinement
• Manage color consistency through color management techniques across photography and videography projects
• Organize and archive digital assets systematically for easy retrieval and future use

<Requirements>

• Proven experience or strong interest in photography, videography, or related visual arts fields
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite applications including Lightroom, Photoshop, Premiere, and Capture One
• Knowledge of color theory and color management principles to ensure accurate color reproduction
• Familiarity with photo editing techniques such as photo manipulation and art direction principles
• Basic filming skills with an understanding of videography equipment and techniques
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while managing multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive attitude towards learning new skills
