Assistant Plant Manager

We are hiring an experienced Assistant Plant Manager to join our team.

Requirements:

• BE (Mechanical / Electrical Engineering) from a recognized university

• 5–10 years of operation & maintenance experience in medium-sized industrial units

• Minimum 3 years in a managerial position

• Strong analytical, communication, leadership, and managerial skills

• Sound knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, power generation, electrical & electronic systems

• Experience in related industry preferred

• Responsible for achieving production targets in shift operations

Age: 35–50 years

Salary Range: PKR 150,000 – 200,000

Location: M-9 Motorway Opposite Bahria Town Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Karachi Gpo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Mechanical / Electrical Engineering: 5 years (Required)
