Job Summary

The Assistant Plant Operator supports plant operations by assisting senior operators in monitoring equipment, maintaining production flow, and ensuring safe working conditions.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in operation and monitoring of plant machinery.
• Support maintenance and inspection activities.
• Handle material movement and basic operational tasks.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety of work areas.
• Follow instructions from Plant Operators and supervisors.
  
  

Qualifications

• ITI / Technical qualification preferred.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Freshers with technical background may also apply.
  
  

Skills & Competencies

• Basic knowledge of plant operations.
• Physically fit and willing to work in industrial environment.
• Ability to work in shifts and follow safety standards.
