The Pond and Lake Connection, a trusted full-service pond and lake management company serving New England for over 25 years, is hiring an Assistant Pond & Lake Technician. This is a hands-on, outdoor position with opportunities to learn, grow, and advance.

No experience required — we provide full training.

Job Responsibilities

• Service ponds, lakes, and reservoirs using boats and aquatic equipment
• Install, maintain, and remove fountain and aeration systems
• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues
• Apply treatments for algae and aquatic weed control
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections
• Complete daily service reports and paperwork
• Assist with warehouse and facility tasks as needed
• Work on residential, commercial, and municipal properties

Requirements

• Valid Driver’s License with a good driving record (required)
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and on a team
• Good communication skills

Preferred (Not Required)

• Mechanical experience or aptitude
• Experience with boats, trailers, or outdoor equipment
• Knowledge of aquatic plants or environmental work
