Duties

• Assist lead teachers with implementing daily lesson plans.
• Support classroom management by encouraging positive behavior and helping children develop social skills.
• Engage children in age-appropriate activities that promote early childhood education principles.
• Help with classroom organization, including setting up learning stations and maintaining a clean, safe environment for preschoolers.

Skills

• Understanding of childhood development theories and early childhood education best practices.
• Knowledge of classroom management techniques to foster a positive learning environment.
• Ability to work effectively with children of diverse backgrounds, including toddlers and those requiring special accommodations.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and engage with parents confidently.
• Familiarity with childcare regulations, daycare standards, and private school requirements.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour
