About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Assist in planning and implementing daily activities for preschoolers.
- Support lead teachers in classroom management and organization.
- Engage children in educational and recreational activities.
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents and guardians about child progress.
- Maintain a clean and safe classroom setting.
- Observe and document children's development and behavior.
- Collaborate with team members to enhance curriculum delivery.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; early childhood education coursework preferred.
- Experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Patience, creativity, and enthusiasm for early childhood education.
- First Aid and CPR certification preferred.
- Background check clearance required.
