The Assistant Procurement cum Sale Manager will be responsible for managing procurement activities and supporting the sales team through timely purchasing, supplier coordination, and ensuring product availability. The main focus of the role is procurement and supporting the sales team for business development.
- Allocating the excess stock and clear it based on the aging and risk analysis .
- Responsible to be align with the stock budget which allocated by the head of the department on monthly basis.
- Analyzing and reporting the procurement based on the asset value and sales forecast.
- Analyzing and achieving the vendor targets and earning the maximum rebate.
- Identifying and developing new business opportunities within assigned territories or accounts.
- Understanding competitor offerings and market trends to effectively position company products.
- Negotiating with manufacturer regarding the target allocation.
- Price negotiation and acquiring the additional discounts.
- Movement analysis and strategic procurement.
- Supporting the sales team to meet the target with the allocated stock and spot discounts.
- Working closely with the sales team to manage customer expectations on product availability and delivery schedule.
- Facilitating training programs for staff on latest supply chain management practices.
- Managing risk within the supply chain, effectively addressing any potential issues proactively.
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to streamline production processes.
- Directing daily operations to achieve maximum output and reduce costs.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Supply Chain, or related field.
- Minimum 1 year, up to 3 years of experience in IT Products Trading Industry, in Purchase department is mandatory.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong communication skills, in English and Hindi Language will be a plus.
Salary:
Up to AED 7,000 (based on the tenure and experience)
