We Are Hiring – Assistant Procurement & Logistics Manager
Silver Star Printing Materials Trading LLC – UAE
Silver Star is a leading importer & distributor of high-quality printing materials across the UAE, serving printing presses, packaging companies, and traders with reliable supply, fast delivery, and competitive pricing. We are expanding and looking for a proactive Assistant Procurement & Logistics Manager to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in sourcing & purchasing printing materials
* Coordinate shipments, customs clearance & logistics flow
* Track inventory, plan replenishment & maintain stock accuracy
* Negotiate pricing & terms with suppliers
* Maintain effective relationships with local and international suppliers & prepare accurate procurement reports
Requirements:
* Minimum 4 years experience in procurement & logistics (UAE market )
* Strong negotiation & communication skills
* Knowledge of import/export & shipping documentation
* Organized, detail-oriented & good at multitasking
* ERP experience is an advantage
