Company Overview:

Sureflow is looking for a creative, hands-on Product / Industrial Design Assistant to join our design team. This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills across the entire design process from early research to physical manufacturing. In this role, you will help us build and test product enclosures, low-fidelity concepts, and packaging. We are looking for someone who is eager to learn, ready to assist with day-to-day office tasks, and excited to develop new skills such as laser cutting and UV printing.If you enjoy prototyping and finding creative solutions to practical problems, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibilities:

Prototyping & Fabrication

• Enclosures & Concepts: Work alongside the design team using Autodesk Fusion to 360 model, print, and test early-stage product enclosures.
• 3D Printing & Finishing: Operate 3D printers and perform cleaning, sanding, and finishing of printed models for presentation and testing.
• Packaging: Assist in designing and prototyping physical packaging concepts and layouts.
• Machinery Up-skilling: Learn to operate and utilize studio equipments, including laser cutters and UV printers.

Research & Studio Support

• User Research: Assist in gathering user insights and organizing findings into visual mind maps to support design thinking and concept generation.
• Team Support: Assist with day-to-day office tasks and help maintain an organized and efficient workshop environment.

Qualifications:

• CAD experience using Autodesk Fusion 360.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator.
• Experience or knowledge of FDM 3D printing
• Comfortable building physical mockups and working with a variety of materials.
• Positive attitude, strong willingness to learn, and ability to adapt to different studio requirements.
• Ability to multitask and support multiple projects when required.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English
