Product Documentation Management
Design and organize all product and system-related documentation to effectively communicate specific product requirements and functionalities, as well as business, regulatory, and financial risk mitigation to all stakeholders.Stakeholder Management
Communicate with all internal stakeholders, including IT, Operations, Compliance, Marketing, Retail, Phone Banking, and CRU to develop and improve business processes and systems in line with business objectives.Generate Product Documentation
Create all documentation for product development and enhancement, including product programs, business requirement documents, service level agreements, process manuals, UAT scripts, compliance reviews, etc., to accurately and efficiently implement all steps in the product development cycle.Product Testing
Conduct all product development and testing processes, including system integration testing, user acceptance testing, IT compliance walkthroughs, product approvals, and live implementation to ensure a smooth and efficient customer launch.Product Enhancement
Implement effective product-related enhancements based on requirements such as process improvements, technological upgrading, and/or changes in pricing and policies to achieve maximum efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business profitability.Customer Services
- Oversee and manage complaint resolution to ensure that timely responses and efficient solutions are provided, and all audit and compliance-related queries are fulfilled.
Minimum qualifications:
