Assistant Production Engineer

We are hiring an Assistant Production Engineer!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and supervising production activities.
• Ensure smooth workflow and adherence to production schedules.
• Monitor daily production processes and maintain related records.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality.
• Coordinate with Quality Control, Maintenance, and Design teams to resolve issues.
• Ensure compliance with safety and company standards.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Production Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a manufacturing or production environment (composites industry preferred).
• Strong technical and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and 5S practices.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
