Assistant Professor, Clinical Nutrition & Dietetics

The American University of Ras Al Khaimah is seeking a full-time Assistant Professor of Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics starting Fall 2026. The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D. in Clinical Nutrition and Dietetics and have prior successful teaching experience at the university level.

You will be responsible for teaching undergraduate courses, holding office hours, and complying with quality assurance requirements. A commitment to excellence in teaching and experience with diverse student populations are essential.
