Position: Assistant Professor – BHM (Bachelor of Hotel Management)

Department: School of Hospitality & Hotel Management

Location: ,Chirawa,Pilani, Rajasthan-333031

Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:-

• Teach undergraduate courses in Bachelor of Hotel Management (BHM)
• Deliver lectures on Food Production, Food & Beverage Service, Front Office, Housekeeping, Hospitality Management, Tourism, and related subjects
• Guide students in research work, projects, internships, and dissertations
• Prepare lesson plans, teaching notes, presentations, and academic content
• Conduct classroom teaching, practical sessions, seminars, and presentations
• Evaluate students through examinations, assignments, practicals, and continuous assessment
• Participate in curriculum development, syllabus revision, and departmental meetings
• Engage in academic activities such as workshops, FDPs, national and international seminars, and conferences
• Contribute to research, publications, and other academic initiatives of the department
• Maintain discipline, attendance, and academic records of students
• Perform internal and external examination duties as assigned by the University

Required Qualifications:-

Only candidates meeting the following criteria are eligible to apply

• Ph.D. in Hotel Management / Hospitality / Tourism Management (Mandatory)
• Master’s Degree in Hotel Management (MHM) from a recognized university
• NET Qualified (UGC / NTA) or exempted as per UGC norms
• Strong academic background in Hospitality & Hotel Management disciplines
• Good communication, teaching, and research skills
• Prior teaching and/or industry experience will be preferred
