CGC Landran — Assistant Professor (Finance & Marketing)

Key Responsibilities

  • Teach undergraduate (BBA, B.Com) and postgraduate (MBA) courses in Finance and Marketing.
  • Develop lesson plans, assignments, assessments, case studies, and practical sessions.
  • Mentor and guide students in projects, internships, seminars, dissertations etc.
  • Participate in curriculum design and development, keep course content updated.
  • Engage in research / scholarly publications.
  • Contribute to institutional responsibilities: attending departmental meetings, participating in seminars/workshops/faculty development programs.
  • Assist with NAAC / NBA / UGC documentation, accreditation, audits.
  • Industry interaction: Establish links for guest lectures, internships, placements.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), with specialization in Finance or Marketing.
  • UGC-NET / SET qualification, or equivalent, as per UGC norms.
  • Ph.D. in Management or related field is preferred or required for some postings.
  • Minimum 2 years teaching / industry experience
