CGC Landran — Assistant Professor (Finance & Marketing)

Key Responsibilities
- Teach undergraduate (BBA, B.Com) and postgraduate (MBA) courses in Finance and Marketing.
- Develop lesson plans, assignments, assessments, case studies, and practical sessions.
- Mentor and guide students in projects, internships, seminars, dissertations etc.
- Participate in curriculum design and development, keep course content updated.
- Engage in research / scholarly publications.
- Contribute to institutional responsibilities: attending departmental meetings, participating in seminars/workshops/faculty development programs.
- Assist with NAAC / NBA / UGC documentation, accreditation, audits.
- Industry interaction: Establish links for guest lectures, internships, placements.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA), with specialization in Finance or Marketing.
- UGC-NET / SET qualification, or equivalent, as per UGC norms.
- Ph.D. in Management or related field is preferred or required for some postings.
- Minimum 2 years teaching / industry experience
