Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and qualified faculty member to join our Management Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for teaching undergraduate (BBA, B.Com) and postgraduate (MBA) students

The faculty member will also contribute to academic advising, research, curriculum development, and departmental administrative responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver engaging lectures and practical sessions for the mentioned subjects.
• Design and develop curriculum, lesson plans, assignments, and assessments.
• Use innovative teaching methods including case studies.
• Mentor students in academic projects and internships.

Institutional Contribution:

• Participate in departmental meetings, academic events, seminars, and faculty development programs.
• Assist in NAAC/NBA/UGC documentation and academic audits.
• Contribute to industry interaction and placement efforts.

Qualifications:

• Master’s in Business Administration (Specialisation in Finance, HR & Business Analytics) with NET/SET qualification preferred (as per UGC norms) OR
• Ph.D. in related field (awarded or submitted).
