Key Responsibilities

• Teach courses related to Commerce Education, Educational Psychology, Pedagogy, and related subjects in the M.Ed. program.
• Prepare lesson plans, conduct lectures, tutorials, and practical sessions.
• Guide M.Ed. students in research projects, dissertations, and academic writing.
• Participate in curriculum design and development activities.
• Engage in academic research, seminars, and workshops to contribute to the college’s academic growth.
• Mentor and support students in their professional and academic development.
• Perform administrative and academic duties as assigned by the Head of Department or Principal.

Qualifications

• Essential:
• Master’s Degree in Commerce (M.Com) with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
• M.Ed. with a minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent grade).
• NET / SET qualification as per UGC / NCTE norms.
• Desirable:
• Ph.D. in Education or Commerce.
• Teaching experience at the B.Ed. / M.Ed. level.
• Research publications in peer-reviewed journals.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
