About the Role:
KLH Global Business school invites applications for a faculty position in Marketing Management. We seek a dynamic and research-oriented individual with a strong commitment to teaching, research, and service. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field, with expertise in marketing strategy, consumer behaviour, digital marketing, or related areas.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality undergraduate and graduate courses in Marketing Management and related subjects.

Conduct rigorous research leading to publications in reputable academic journals.

Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations.

Participate actively in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and academic committees.

Engage in outreach and service activities that enhance the reputation and impact of the school.

Collaborate with industry partners and contribute to consultancy and executive education programs
Qualifications:

A Ph.D. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.

Strong research record or potential for scholarly publications in top-tier journals.

Demonstrated excellence or potential in teaching Marketing Management.

Minimum 8–10. years of teaching or industry experience

Experience or interest in supervising graduate students.

Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive academic environment.

Relevant industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
