About the Role:


KLH Global Business school invites applications for a faculty position in Marketing Management. We seek a dynamic and research-oriented individual with a strong commitment to teaching, research, and service. The ideal candidate will have a Ph.D. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related field, with expertise in marketing strategy, consumer behaviour, digital marketing, or related areas.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Deliver high-quality undergraduate and graduate courses in Marketing Management and related subjects.
  • Conduct rigorous research leading to publications in reputable academic journals.
  • Supervise student research projects, theses, and dissertations.
  • Participate actively in curriculum development, departmental meetings, and academic committees.
  • Engage in outreach and service activities that enhance the reputation and impact of the school.
  • Collaborate with industry partners and contribute to consultancy and executive education programs


Qualifications:


  • A Ph.D. in Marketing, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline from a recognized institution.
  • Strong research record or potential for scholarly publications in top-tier journals.
  • Demonstrated excellence or potential in teaching Marketing Management.
  • Minimum 8–10. years of teaching or industry experience
  • Experience or interest in supervising graduate students.
  • Ability to contribute to a diverse and inclusive academic environment.
  • Relevant industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
