- Deliver lectures, tutorials, ward teaching, and clinical demonstrations to MBBS students.
- Teach core surgical topics, principles, and procedures in accordance with the approved curriculum.
- Supervise students during ward rotations, outpatient clinics, operating theatres, and bedside teaching.
- Conduct practical assessments, OSCEs, viva voce, and written examinations.
- Mentor and guide students in academic and professional development.
- Participate in postgraduate training and supervision of residents, where applicable.
- Provide clinical care to patients in wards, outpatient departments, emergency, and operating theatres.
- Assist in elective and emergency surgical procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with clinical protocols.
- Participate in departmental meetings, morbidity and mortality meetings, and academic activities.
- Contribute to curriculum development, revision, and quality assurance initiatives.
- Engage in research activities and publish in recognized medical journals.
- Supervise student and trainee research projects.
- Organize seminars, journal clubs, workshops, and continuing medical education CME sessions.
- Participate in accreditation, inspections, and regulatory compliance activities.
- Adhere to institutional policies, patient safety standards, and professional ethics.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Department or administration.
Pay: Rs170,000.00 - Rs180,000.00 per day
