Assistant - Programs (Operations)

Roles and responsibilities:

Operations and Logistics(70%)

1. Ensuring school/student/stakeholder-related data is accurately collected and maintained as per requirement.

2. Identifying requirements for Tech system/ process document.

3. Regular process checks.

4. Facilitator Allocation, Reallocation.

5. Facilitator query resolution.

6. Vendor Management.

7. Ensuring materials are utilized optimally and ensuring every student, facilitator receives the required materials on time, accurately for smooth program delivery.

8. Monthly payout and related queries.

9. Co-creating process documents, updating the documentation based on learnings.

10. Track batch start, batch progress, student attendance- strategize based on which schools have slow progress.

11. Ensure 100% data accuracy and timely data uploads.

Stakeholder management and Partnerships(30%)

1. Meetings with existing/ new stakeholders for MoU's, drafting the MoU and its terms.

2. Build Stakeholder investment in the Program and its objectives.

3. HM observation and feedback form- creation and tracking, gathering insights, Collecting stakeholder testimonials.

4. School/College visits (HM conversations).

5. Ensuring that Facilitator queries are escalated to required authorities whenever required. 6. Seeking partnerships that meet Antarang's criteria.

7. Ensuring regular conversations with on-ground partners to build relations and ensure smooth program implementation.

8. Maintain relevant documentation for the partnership, follow ups with the partner / internal teams.

9. Classroom observations to monitor quality.

Profile Requisites:

  • Location is Kurla, Mumbai
  • Location is Kurla, Mumbai 1-2 years of relevant experience in training
  • Excellent communication: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory
  • Good analytical, training & coaching skills and an understanding of culture
  • Complete ease in using the Microsoft Office suite
  • Willingness to travel within the city/across cities as and when required
