We are looking for an organized, motivated, and dependable Assistant Project Coordinator to join our growing Fire & Life Safety team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career with strong growth potential in an essential industry.

In this role, you’ll work closely with customers, project managers, and field teams to help coordinate testing jobs, manage project documentation, and support daily operations. You’ll gain hands-on experience in project coordination, customer relations, scheduling, and Fire & Life Safety systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and coordinate Fire & Life Safety testing jobs
• Communicate with customers regarding appointments, timelines, and project updates
• Organize and maintain project documents and testing records
• Support project managers with daily operations and administrative tasks
• Help keep projects organized, documented, and on schedule
• Learn project management processes from start to completion

Qualifications

• Excellent organization and multitasking abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Comfortable working with scheduling systems and digital documents
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Team-oriented and professional
• Prior office, coordination, construction, or service industry experience is a plus, but not required

Pay: $23.00 - $30.00 per hour
