Responsibilities
:

Assist in project management activities, including design management, program management, project planning, contract management, and tender preparation.

Help maintain comprehensive project documentation such as plans, schedules, reports, and change orders to ensure accurate tracking and effective communication.
-
Monitor project progress against established benchmarks, identify variances, and support the implementation of corrective actions when necessary.

Participate in project meetings, documenting decisions and action items to ensure alignment among all stakeholders.

Assist in the preparation of client presentations and progress reports that clearly communicate project status and value.

Contribute to the preparation of project proposals and related documentation.

Aid in the development of high-level schedules and initial budget estimates.

Coordinate opportunities between Dar and subconsultants to ensure effective collaboration.

Support opportunity initiation and maintain client relations throughout the project lifecycle.

Contribute to marketing and communication activities as required.

Maintain confidentiality of all project, opportunity, and proposal information at all times.

Travel to Dar’s international and Türkiye offices as needed.

Perform any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements
:

Only candidates eligible to work in Turkey without visa sponsorship will be considered.

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil/Structural Engineering from a reputable university.
-
Master's degree (MSc) in Project or Construction Management, or a recognized international professional certification (e.g., PMP).

Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience, preferably within a multinational environment.

Proficiency in standard computer programs and project management tools.

Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.

Strong self-motivation with a proactive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges.
-
Proven ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with both international and local teams and stakeholders.

Strong communication and presentation skills.

For male candidates, military service must be completed.

Willingness and ability to travel nationally and internationally as required.

Valid driver's license.
