Assistant Project Manager – Residential ConstructionRequirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in residential building construction.
  • Strong experience in site allocations, coordination, and day-to-day site management.
  • Ability to supervise multiple teams, subcontractors, and labour groups across project sites.
  • Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence for site visits and coordination.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work with engineers, vendors, clients, and site teams.
  • Familiarity with project schedules, drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
  • Immediate joiners highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing residential construction activities.
  • Oversee site supervision, monitoring workmanship, quality of materials, and project progress.
  • Coordinate manpower allocation, subcontractor deployment, and resource planning.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to drawings, timelines, and quality standards.
  • Track daily work progress and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
  • Manage material requisition, delivery follow-up, inventory monitoring, and vendor coordination.
  • Ensure compliance with safety protocols, labour regulations, and site discipline.
  • Resolve on-site issues promptly by coordinating with engineers, consultants, and project heads.
  • Support project documentation, including checklists, measurements, progress reports, and site logs.
  • Coordinate with clients for updates, site visits, and resolving minor technical concerns.

Qualifications:

  • B tech/Dip/ITI

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
