Assistant Project Manager – Residential ConstructionRequirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience in residential building construction.
- Strong experience in site allocations, coordination, and day-to-day site management.
- Ability to supervise multiple teams, subcontractors, and labour groups across project sites.
- Must possess a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence for site visits and coordination.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with engineers, vendors, clients, and site teams.
- Familiarity with project schedules, drawings, quality standards, and safety norms.
- Immediate joiners highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and executing residential construction activities.
- Oversee site supervision, monitoring workmanship, quality of materials, and project progress.
- Coordinate manpower allocation, subcontractor deployment, and resource planning.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure adherence to drawings, timelines, and quality standards.
- Track daily work progress and prepare daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Manage material requisition, delivery follow-up, inventory monitoring, and vendor coordination.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols, labour regulations, and site discipline.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly by coordinating with engineers, consultants, and project heads.
- Support project documentation, including checklists, measurements, progress reports, and site logs.
- Coordinate with clients for updates, site visits, and resolving minor technical concerns.
