Assistant Project Manager

Job description:

Lead the planning and implementation of commercial/Residential building projects.

· Oversee all stages of project life cycle including design, execution, budgeting, and handover.

· Ensure compliance with all statutory and regulatory requirements.

· Manage site engineers, supervisors, and labor teams to ensure productivity and quality standards.

· Monitor progress and performance; address delays or issues proactively.

· Ensure quality assurance and control standards are met throughout the construction.

· Maintain safety, health, and environmental (SHE) standards at the site.

· Report progress to higher management and provide regular updates.
