WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

  • Bachelor’s degree in construction, engineering, or related field, or equivalent construction experience
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong leadership skills
  • Basic understanding of building code requirements
  • 3+ years of commercial construction experience desired


WHAT YOU'LL DO:

  • Responsible for preparing Owner Change Orders
  • Train Office Engineers and Project Engineers
  • Understand and manage document control
  • Prepare and present a four (4) week look-ahead schedule
  • Participate in building the budget
  • Participate in VDC/BIM coordination process
  • Participate in monthly budget revisions and monthly financial reporting
  • Draft subcontracts and purchase orders
  • Review & approve subcontract SOV
  • Review monthly subcontract invoices
  • Prepare Owner Payment Application draft
  • Participate in subcontractor progress meetings
