Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Assistant Project Manager (Civil) to support and manage day-to-day activities across multiple residential construction sites. The ideal candidate must have hands-on site experience, strong coordination skills, and the ability to manage teams and contractors efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and executing residential construction projects.
  • Supervise and coordinate activities across multiple construction sites.
  • Monitor site progress, quality standards, and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with contractors, vendors, engineers, and site supervisors.
  • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and update the Project Manager.
  • Ensure materials, manpower, and resources are effectively utilized.
  • Resolve site-related issues to ensure timely project completion.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Diploma in Civil Engineering.
  • 5+ years of experience in residential construction.
  • Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence.
  • Strong ability to multitask and handle multiple sites simultaneously.
  • Good communication and team-management skills.
  • Immediate joiners preferred.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
