Assistant Project Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Project Manager to support and oversee project execution within our technical services team. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of hands-on experience, with strong leadership skills and the ability to coordinate between internal teams, technicians, and engineering departments. The candidate must be capable of ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to client satisfaction, while also managing profit and loss (P&L) for each project.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and develop detailed project execution schedules in coordination with the planning and operations teams.
• Lead and supervise technicians and site execution teams, ensuring high-quality work and adherence to safety protocols.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for client engineering departments, maintaining clear and professional communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion and handover as per contract and schedule commitments.
• Analyze and report project profitability (P&L), tracking expenses, variations, and identifying cost-saving opportunities.
• Prepare and submit weekly/monthly project reports including work progress, delays, manpower allocation, and financial performance.
• Coordinate procurement and material delivery schedules to match project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, HSE regulations, and client-specific quality standards.
• Resolve technical and operational issues promptly in coordination with engineers and site supervisors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of UAE or GCC experience in project execution or site management roles
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of project scheduling, resource management, and execution methodologies
• Excellent communication and coordination skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Proficient in Excel
• Valid UAE Driving License – Mandatory

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
