As a Construction Assistant Project Manager, you will oversee and manage construction projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope.:

  • Project Planning and Management:
  • Establish project objectives, scopes, and deliverables that align with client requirements and company goals.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust plans as needed to keep the project on track.
  • Team Coordination and Supervision:
  • Lead project teams, including subcontractors, suppliers, and site workers, to ensure smooth and timely execution of tasks.
  • Assign roles and responsibilities to team members and provide guidance throughout the project.
  • Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise on the job site.
  • Client and Stakeholder Communication:
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing regular updates on project status, timelines, and budget considerations.
  • Maintain open communication with stakeholders, including architects, engineers, and government officials, to ensure compliance with project specifications and regulations.
  • Conduct meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project progress and address any concerns.
  • Quality Assurance and Safety Compliance:
  • Enforce quality standards and ensure that all construction work is performed to meet regulatory codes and client expectations.
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor compliance with safety protocols and procedures.
  • Address safety issues and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
  • Contract Management and Documentation:
  • Review and negotiate contracts with subcontractors, suppliers, and other vendors.
  • Ensure all project documentation is accurate, complete, and organized, including permits, drawings, and contracts.
  • Risk Management:
  • Identify potential risks or obstacles in the project and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Implement contingency plans to address any unforeseen challenges that may arise during construction.
  • Project Handover and Closeout:
  • Ensure all project requirements are met before the final handover to the client.
  • Conduct final inspections and address any outstanding issues or punch-list items.
  • Complete project closeout documentation and review lessons learned for future projects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
