A Project Management company, specializing in interior fit-out delivery projects, is hiring for the position of “Assistant Project Manager'.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Project Manager in site supervision and daily project activities
- Assist in planning, execution, and coordination of interior fit-out works
- Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
- Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines
- Assist in resolving site-related issues in coordination with the project team
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management or related field
- 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-outs projects preferred
- Should be from construction and design industry ONLY.
- Good knowledge of finishing works (gypsum, paint, flooring, ceilings, joinery, etc.)
- Strong communication and coordination skills (Fluent in English)
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.
- Ability to multitask and coordinate between multiple site and office teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
