Assistant Project Manager

A Project Management company, specializing in interior fit-out delivery projects, is hiring for the position of “Assistant Project Manager'.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Project Manager in site supervision and daily project activities
  • Assist in planning, execution, and coordination of interior fit-out works
  • Monitor site progress and ensure work is executed as per drawings and specifications
  • Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and site teams
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, reports, and meeting minutes
  • Ensure quality control and adherence to project timelines
  • Assist in resolving site-related issues in coordination with the project team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Interior Design / Construction Management or related field
  • 4–5 years of experience in interior fit-outs projects preferred
  • Should be from construction and design industry ONLY.
  • Good knowledge of finishing works (gypsum, paint, flooring, ceilings, joinery, etc.)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills (Fluent in English)
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), AutoCAD, and project scheduling tools.
  • Ability to multitask and coordinate between multiple site and office teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
