Assistant Project Manager

We are looking for a motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager with strong experience in supporting and managing general projects, preferably within governmental projects. This role is for a 3-month project (extendable).

The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery, timely implementation, and alignment with client objectives and sustainability best practices.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and execution of projects in alignment with client goals
  • Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
  • Track project progress and prepare regular status updates
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards
  • Identify potential risks and support in resolving project challenges
  • Contribute to the preparation of reports, proposals, and documentation
  • Support continuous improvement and project optimization efforts


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
  • 3–4 years of experience in project management
  • Previous experience in government projects within the consulting sector is required
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
  • PMP certification is a plus
  • Educational sector background is a plus
