We are looking for a
motivated and organized Assistant Project Manager
with strong experience in supporting and managing general projects, preferably within governmental projects. This role is for a 3-month project (extendable).
The ideal candidate will support the Project Manager in overseeing end-to-end project execution, ensuring high-quality delivery, timely implementation, and alignment with client objectives and sustainability best practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Support the planning and execution of projects in alignment with client goals

Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and resources

Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders

Track project progress and prepare regular status updates

Ensure deliverables meet quality and regulatory standards

Identify potential risks and support in resolving project challenges

Contribute to the preparation of reports, proposals, and documentation

Support continuous improvement and project optimization efforts
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field

3–4 years of experience in project management

Previous experience in government projects within the consulting sector is required

Strong organizational and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and collaborative environment

PMP certification is a plus

Educational sector background is a plus
