Assistant Project Manager

Panepinto Properties is seeking a full-time Assistant Project Manager to join its team on-site in Jersey City, NJ. In this role, you will assist the head of construction with on-site observations and requisition review of high rise multi-family projects in Jersey City. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or Architecture, Engineering plus a minimum of 3 years work experience including on-site observation and oversight. Ability to review professional plan sets, requisitions, change orders, submittals, and RFI’s a must.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
