The Kulka Group is seeking an ambitious and driven Assistant Project Manager to join our growing commercial construction team.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in construction management while working on exciting and impactful projects throughout Long Island and the New York metropolitan area.
The Assistant Project Manager will work directly with Project Managers, Superintendents, Clients, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors to help manage projects from preconstruction through closeout. We are looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
The ideal candidate has strong organizational and communication skills, the ability to problem solve under pressure, and a genuine desire to learn all aspects of commercial construction project management.
