Assistant Project Manager

This position is designed as a development role that provides hands-on experience in project coordination, job-site logistics, customer communication, and construction operations. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to advance into a Project Manager position as they gain experience and demonstrate leadership.
What You'll Do
As a Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers and Production Managers while learning all aspects of our roofing, siding, window, and gutter operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Stage and prepare job sites before construction begins
- Verify material quantities, colors, and deliveries
- Pick up, deliver, and return materials from suppliers
- Set up safety measures including caution tape, cones, and signage
- Inspect properties for pre-existing conditions and document with photos
- Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the process
- Assist with project documentation and CRM updates
- Perform post-project inspections and site cleanup verification
- Support Project Managers with daily operations and customer service
- Shadow experienced Project Managers and learn project oversight responsibilities

Qualifications
- Construction experience preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors and travel between job sites
- Desire to grow into a leadership role
