Assistant Project Manager

We are seeking an adaptable Assistant Project Manager who is ready to step up, step in, and handle any task necessary to get the job done.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our team and support the successful execution of various projects. Responsibilities

  • Project Support: Assist the Project Manager in estimating, supervising, and coordinating all on-site construction activities.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify, anticipate, and resolve potential project issues, work interferences, or schedule difficulties.
  • Financial Tracking: Draft change orders, track project and change order costs, and manage project billing.
  • Relationship Management: Engage and build strong relationships with customers, subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
  • Logistics Coordination: Schedule the timely delivery of required materials and equipment.
  • Plan Execution: Maintain and distribute project plans to Site Superintendents while ensuring compliance with budgets, schedules, and specifications.
  • Quality Control: Help oversee quality control to meet industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Administrative Tracking: Collect, review, and file Superintendents’ daily logs, receipts, and paperwork on a weekly basis.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Coordinate routine inspections and accurately complete and file all required DOE/DEQ paperwork.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in project management
  • Excellent computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Google Workspace, and data entry tools
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Exceptional phone etiquette skills with experience handling multi-line phone systems and front desk responsibilities
  • Prior experience in customer service or customer support roles demonstrating professionalism and patience
  • Knowledge of office equipment such as multi-line phones, filing systems, and office management software like QuickBooks is desirable
  • Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail through effective calendar management and prioritization

Pay: $52,500.00 - $80,500.00 per year
